ServerSearch publishes hosting deals and provider reviews to help users make informed decisions. This policy explains what content is acceptable.
What we accept
Deal submissions
Deal submissions should:
- Describe a real VPS, dedicated server, or cloud server offer
- Include accurate pricing, specs, billing terms, and expiration details when available
- Link to the provider's official offer page when possible
- Come from someone authorized to share the promotion, or clearly represent a public offer
Provider reviews
Reviews should:
- Reflect your genuine experience with the provider
- Focus on service quality, support, uptime, billing, and performance
- Be written in clear, readable language
- Use a fair rating that matches the review text
What we do not allow
We may reject or remove content that includes:
- False, misleading, or unverifiable claims
- Spam, advertising, coupon dumps, or duplicate submissions
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, or personal attacks
- Profanity used to attack others
- Private personal information such as phone numbers, home addresses, or account credentials
- Links, scripts, or HTML in review text
- Incentivized, paid, or fake reviews
- Content that violates applicable law
Moderation
All deal submissions and reviews may be reviewed automatically and by our team before or after publication. We may edit, reject, unpublish, or remove content that does not meet this policy.
Submitting a deal or review again with the same verified email may replace your previous submission for that provider.
